International Meetings
In the 22nd, 23rd and 24th April 2009, was held in Sesimbra, Portugal, the Eighth International Meeting of Markdata.
This meeting brought together representatives of France, Belgium, Holland, Ukraine, and this year the Latin American countries marked a strong presence with people from different areas of IBOPE Pesquisa de Media from Brazil, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica and Mexico.
There were also new faces, a representative of Georgia, Morocco, South Africa and Switzerland.
As in previous years, the reunion had as main objective to introduce the latest market developments of the company in strategic terms, as well as to analyze and discuss realities of each market in order to devise joint strategies for the future.
In the past days 18, 19 and 20 of April 2007, it had place in Madrid another international meeting of Markdata. It was already the 7th International Meeting that Markdata organized and once more with the presence of all of our international partners, namely Brazil, Mexico, United States, France, Belgium, Spain, Ukraine, and many others. A total of about 60 representatives of different countries were present.
The meeting had as one of the main goals to present to the market the most recent developments of the company, as well as to analyze and discuss the needs of each client, share experiences and decide on the strategy to follow in the future.

VI International Meeting in Madrid

6th Markdata International Meeting in Madrid
It will take place in Madrid, during the following 24th-26th of March, the 6th Markdata International Meeting.
The meeting has as main objectives:
- Discuss and analyze clients expectations
- Present the latest developments of the new generation of products based on MMF technology
- Exchange information and experiences among countries/users who already use the new Markdata tools, such as e-telereport.com, MMW, and other products developed with the Markdata Media Framework
The meeting will take place during the course of three days, in a hotel in the center of Madrid, and we expect participants from over a dozen countries, from Mexico to the Ukraine and from Brazil to the United Kingdom, whom we expect to actively contribute to the meeting's outcome. We have scheduled, among others, interventions from Belgian, Mexican, English and American representatives. Also scheduled is a social program that includes a visit to the historic city of Toledo.
Markdata is one of the world leaders in software solutions for media and advertising, with its products present in 25 countries and numbering thousands of users.
MMW is the new global and integrated station that will replace the previous applications developed in a parceled fashion. This new station uses a technology property of Markdata, the MMF, which allows for greater speed and flexibility in development and, in some cases, allows the client himself to integrate the information of his own applications.

V International Meeting in Sesimbra

Last week, Markdata had a very successful 3-day international customer meeting in Sesimbra (Portugal). Under the attendees were distributors and customers from all over the world. Some examples were USA, Mexico, Poland, The Netherlands, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Belgium, Czech Republic, Brazil, Colombia,...
New this year was the platform that Markdata created for their distributors and users where the users were able to exchange information. During several sessions, the users gave presentations about their experiences with the Markdata applications.
Some examples:
- Arbitron (USA) gave a presentation about the MMP (a local specialised version from MMW) and its reception in the US Market.
- KMR Software(UK) gave a presentation about the experience from the MMW in the local Market.
- Representatives from Spain, Mexico, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom gave a presentation how they used e-Telereport in their own market.
- adWARE (Belgium) gave a presentation about the web application e-videotrack.
Markdata also announced their product plan for the coming year, demonstrated new versions from their Web based and Desktop applications (Audience, Program Reporting, Adex, Planning and Management tools for several media types) and introduced a new application called PriceGest. PriceGest manages customer information, invoicing and price negotiations from advertising campaigns.
IV International Meeting was a success

During those two days (2nd till the 4th of April) Markdata showed it's clients why is the worldwide leader in media analysis tools. All new technologies used were explained like MMF, MOM and the ambitious MIS, and all new software were shown (like the new and very promissing Web-applications family such as e-telereport.com and others.
