How do you characterize your market in terms of size and number of customers? We have been providing Markdata software in Ukraine since 2003. Totally, we have 60 clients and about 600 users. The clients could be grouped as follows:
How do you characterize your market in terms of customer demands on software?Generally, we see two main expectations from the team of software support. Support of current solutions:
Consulting of users:
Our clients consider how fast the software works, how good the graphics is, and whether it is possible to analyze behavior of different targets. It is important for software users to be able to carry out strategic and tactical planning for advertising campaigns. E-Telereport service is very popular and in high demand among channels’ top managers. In strategic terms, which are the main advantages that you see in working with Markdata?
In terms of projects, specific developments, general functionalities in the software, do you ask with frequency for numerous requests for development? We keep in touch with Markdata concerning enquiries/expectations of our clients. What is your assessment in terms of quality and speed of response to these developments?Speed of reaction to our requests is usually very high. This year we have had several important changes in rules of events log. These changes were related to fast changes in our market. And we appreciate high quality and fast solutions for our demands. We’d like to thank the Markdata team for this support. What is your clients response in relation to the solutions presented by Markdata? We receive good responses on each new software version. In most cases, the decisions presented in new software versions have not been demanded by the market yet, but their launch is immediately appreciated by users. As you know Markdata shares with its customers its technology, Markdata Media Framework and Markdata Application Platform, do you consider it cutting-edge technology? Would you use these technologies for ad hoc developments for your customers?Yes. I think that it is an important part of Markdata service, because MMF and MAP are the ways for fine tuning of the software for the needs of each individual client. It is a very important direction, which allows making a unique offer on the market. I hope that in the future we will use them in Ukraine. The Ukrainian market is gradually growing and I hope that this product will be in demand on our market. How do you evaluate the technical assistance of Markdata?Very good. We appreciate their help and support. Do you think that there is a good communication between you and Markdata?Very good. We appreciate their help and support. Would you recommend Markdata products at an international level?Of course, I would recommend these products to other companies and countries. Could you give us feedback of your clients in relation to the satisfaction with the Markdata products?I think that the best illustration of satisfaction with Markdata products is our victory on the software tender and the contract prolongation till 2012. According to the tender results, Markdata software was recommended by JIC for operation on the Ukrainian market. What is your evaluation of the year of 2007?Very good, because we won the tender for 2008-2012 for TV Audience measurement and for providing Markdata software. What are the projects that on a medium/long term you have in mind with Markdata?I hope that in the nearest time we will start MMW News and E-Telenews in Ukraine. Hope for using MAP/MMF in the future. |
