Markdata meets our requests very quickly; we would simply like Markdata to associate this swiftness with more formal delivery specifications. However, we are making progress in unison.

Not yet, but we are going to lodge a satisfaction survey with our customers.

Markdata has made tremendous efforts in January for the first Markdata Media Workstation delivery. We are expecting the same commitments for the future evolutions and for all 2009.

What are the projects that on a medium/long term you have in mind with Markdata?

For the coming two years, Médiamétrie is going to upgrade its system of audience measurement so as to be able to follow contents broadcasted on all kind of means and watched anywhere. Our restitution systems will have to integrate these changes on their whole and individually. I think that Markdata, thanks to its international experience, will helps us pass this milestone.
